Invoice chasing

The Cashflow Protector invoice chasing service is easy to use, affordable and web-enabled – and totally unique in the market place. Here's how it works in a nutshell:

Step 1: Invoice your client.
Step 2: If payment isn't received within the terms agreed, register that invoice on our secure website.
Step 3: Leave the rest to Cashflow Protector™.

You decide which outstanding invoices need our attention, and you can monitor the progress of payments in real time. Our unique procedures protect your relationship with your client - so while we manage the payment process for you, you can concentrate on meeting your customers' needs.

Behind the scenes

The late payment chasing process we undertake for our members is a series of generic actions (letters and a phone call, contents of which all pre-agreed with the member) totally automated via the website but operated by real human beings who take excellent care of your company’s image and reputation.

The process only stops when the client receives payment. Cashflow Protector™ does not collect the money - payment of all invoices go direct to the client along with any queries.

In the unlikely event that invoices remain unpaid after the process has completed (a 40 day process) Cashflow Protector™ will revert the matter to an in-house lawyer who will take over conduct of the case at NO additional charge subject to terms and conditions.

The outsourced invoice chasing service is charged on an annual fee basis - no hidden extras and no percentage deductions on invoices, etc. Monthly direct debit payment terms are available.
