What do you get?
- Instructions as agreed. We define an instruction as your instruction for us to chase one of your customers at one time and there is no limit to the number of invoices you can include in that instruction.
- View 'real time' record of all actions we have taken on your behalf. This is shown on your View Progress page for each individual instruction.
- Automatic payment upload ensures we are always chasing the correct amount.
- Free legal actions* — Based on your predicted annual usage of Cashflow Protector™. We provide the legal support through our in-house lawyer and you only pay for the government court fees.
- Payments go direct to you - we do not collect the money.
- No commission or additional charges.
Enterprise membership packages are based on predicted annual usage and you are invoiced monthly in arrears.
Where we need to create specific programming for automatic uploads we ask for a contribution from the client member. This is always quoted and agreed before any work is undertaken.
